VAP11G is developed by vonets.com and is used by 13 users of Software Informer. The name of the program executable file is TestRawEthernet.exe. This particular product is not fit to be reviewed by our informers.
The WinPcap project has ceased development and WinPcap and WinDump are no longer maintained. We recommend using Npcap instead.
- The Vonets is a good bit of kit, works fine on both DM500 and 800HD/SE. As mentioned you plug the Vonets into a PC first and run the vonets software where you setup your wireless SSID, Security settings, Encryption keys etc. Once configure you plug it into your reciever.
- If the Vonets doesn't successfully provide an Internet connection, whether it's to a computer to which the Vonets is connected by Ethernet, or to the Push, through it's Ethernet port, try the following: 1. Restart the Vonets, by disconnecting, then re-connecting the power cable.
If you do insist upon using WinPcap, be aware that its installer was built with an old version of NSIS and as a result is vulnerable to DLL hijacking.

- Download and run the executable
- Follow the instructions on the screen. The installation applet will automatically detect the operating system and install the correct drivers
- The WinPcap-based applications are now ready to work
- To remove WinPcap from the system, go to the Control Panel, click on 'Add/Remove programs' and then select 'WinPcap'
